Life can be challenging and at times, overwhelming. Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful investment in yourself and an opportunity to move toward living more fully as your authentic self.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in family systems theory and informed by research-based, evidence-based practices. I work collaboratively with individuals and couples tailoring treatment to each client's unique strengths, goals, and circumstances. Whether you are navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship concerns, career changes, or other life transitions, my goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where healing, insight, and lasting growth can occur.
I also have extensive training and experience in reproductive mental health and work as part of a collaborative medical team providing psychological support to women and their partners as they navigate infertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, NICU stays, and the postpartum period. I have a particular passion for supporting new fathers as they adjust to the profound transition to parenthood, helping them strengthen their confidence, relationships, and emotional well-being during this important stage of life.
